Anything can be created and minted into a non-fungible token (NFT), there just need to be people to make it happen. The latest proof of that is the project Pure Pineapples, an NFT collection dedicated to one fruit (pineapple) with many funny and graphically interesting NFTs.
Pure Pineapples NFTs
Pure Pineapples are a series of 6,000 mintable, unique pineapple NFTs consisting of over 130 hand-drawn attributes and each of them is algorithmically generated. Pineapple’s primary focus is to give back. They plan to donate to charities, host giveaways for the community, and financially assist fruit suppliers and other important organizations that they rely on around the world. Pure Pineapples have lots more in the works and the list of ideas is growing daily.
Here is an example of their biggest giveaway of Tesla Model 3, or equivalent in crypto/fiat. In order to enter, you need to mint at least 1 NFT (maximum 20 per user) and invite 5 people to their Discord. This huge giveaway is going to end when all 6,000 NFTs are minted and there will be one lucky winner as a result. It costs 0.04 ETH to mint 1 NFT.
Showcase
The gallery consists of many different tasty pineapples that were generated according to various attributes including background, pineapple base, eyes, hats, hair, mouth, chains, and many other accessories so every pineapple is unique in its looks. There are 6,000 unique NFTs with 130+ different attributes.
Roadmap
The roadmap consists of four main stages and this project is currently in the first one.
Stage 1
- finish the invite competition and reward the winners with the community wallet
- mint all 6,000 NFTs and bring the floor price to a steady price
Stage 2
- first donation to fruit supplier to help overcome the effects of the pandemic
- complimentary, exclusive NFT airdrop to all pineapple holders
Stage 3
- launch of the merch store
- holders can submit custom designs and the development team will select favoured designs and produce them accordingly
Stage 4
- pure pineapples game for iOS & Android
- project collaborations
