Cyber Samurai is the first Web3 Comic minted on Solana. The “Elder Council,” holders of SE Card NFTs, govern the story. Cyber Samurai are creating a timeless piece of art that represents Solana’s culture and history. In addition, their comic book educates users on DeFi concepts in a fun and memetic way.
Cyber Samurai comic has received significant recognition from notable players in the industry. Each week they complete one page of a comic and airdrop 35 NFTs to the community. This project has already launched 2 generations of NFTs, which do very well on marketplaces.
Sosen Collection (Gen1)
Gen1 is the original generative collection that was minted on Raydium’s Dropzone on 9/17/21. Cyber Samurai is the first project to launch on Raydium, the first Solana NFT project with doxxed founders, and the first to do a fair launch with token buybacks. Gen1 has a supply of 5,000 NFTs, and the mint price was 3 SOL. The project was 417% oversubscribed within 5 minutes at the mint.
However, with the project’s new roadmap, all utilities will be focused on the Gen2 collection. Gen1s will be available to burn 1:1 for the Gen2 NFTs. So, basically, they encourage holders to burn their Gen1 NFT if they want to stay in the DAO and have access to everything the project builds.
Tensei Collection (Gen2)
The Gen2 NFTs are available via the burning of Gen1 Samurai. The Cyber Samurai Gen2 collection has 50+ new traits to add more variety to the collection aesthetics. In addition, the Burn-to-Earn mechanics fix the problem of having undesirable floor NFTs while also making the Gen1 collection deflationary.
Cyber Samurai Gen2 NFTs provide several utilities, such as access to the DojoDAO, which is a curated crypto market research. Additionally, being a Gen2 NFT holder allows you to earn USDC for market research and weekly whitelist giveaways for other NFT projects. Furthermore, weekly comic NFT drops and FREE access to DojoDB (a proprietary NFT trading software).
